Exit Hospital Environment

In the short film Exit, I was responsible for aspects of the Artistic Direction and all of the environment design. The environment depicts a hospital situated in the middle of an infinite desert. In the film, the main character falls into this surreal, dreamlike setting where she confronts her guilt.

I created the model entirely procedurally to ensure it remained watertight, an essential requirement for the simulation. I worked closely with FX artist Justin Desrochers to maintain consistency within a USD pipeline. All texturing was completed in Houdini, within the context Copernicus.
